Students gain hands-on learning in a fully equipped commercial kitchen, barista station, and elegant fine dining area, mastering skills from menu planning and food preparation to full table service. At Marlhes, our chefs-in-training experience the reality of running a restaurant, including serving the public.
Named after the hometown of Saint Marcellin Champagnat, Marlhes Restaurant is a place where students, staff, and the local community come together to enjoy exceptional dining while supporting the education of the next generation of chefs.

A la carte and buffet menus are carefully selected and prepared by students under the guidance of qualified Chef Teachers to deliver a variety of cuisines, exploring different flavours and styles and showcasing quality, local produce. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a relaxing night out in your community, we deliver a full sit-down dining experience with attentive food service, refreshing drinks, and freshly brewed coffee to top it off.
