Our College leaders play a vital role in shaping our vibrant Marist community and guiding the Vision of Assumption College. From the Principal and Senior Executive Team to House Leaders and Learning Leaders, each of us works collaboratively to ensure students thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.

Meet our Senior Executive Team

Student Leaders

Students in Year 11 engage with a series of Leadership formation sessions that strengthen their understanding of Christian Leadership, leading with a Marist Heart, leading from the front and among the team, and collaborative leadership.

Governance

Assumption College is part of a global Marist network of more than 600 schools in over 80 countries. In Australia, governance is overseen by Marist Schools Australia Limited (MSA Ltd), a public not-for-profit company registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

MSA Ltd advances education and faith formation in the Marist tradition, ensuring young people receive a high quality Catholic education grounded in the values of St Marcellin Champagnat. A Board of highly experienced Australian educators leads the organisation and has appointed a National Director to manage the operations of the Education Ministry.

Since 1 January 2022, MSA Ltd has governed, managed, and operated twelve Marist schools across Australia, including Assumption College. The organisation is committed to contemporary, best practice governance that upholds Australian legislative requirements and fosters safe, supportive, and spiritually rich learning environments.

MSA Ltd also supports schools through professional learning, staff formation, youth ministry programs, and solidarity initiatives across the Marist community.
