Absences & Lateness
IMPORTANT: Parents/Carers are required to notify the College of student absences by 9.30am. Notification can be made by phone, email, or by using the Parent Notified Absences link in PAM. If timely notification is not received and a student is marked absent, Parents/Carers will receive an automated SMS alert.
Students who arrive late or require an early departure must first report to Student Services Reception (The Well)Â before attending class or being released.
For early departures, Parents/Carers are required to submit notification via the Parent Notified Absences link in PAM and sign in at Main Reception in Shandon House upon arrival. Adhering to this process is essential for the safety of students and avoids unnecessary delays.

Please note that Learning Mentors and Classroom Teachers are parents and students first point of contact at the College. House Leaders and Learning Leaders are next-in-line for matters of escalation.
To speak with a member of our Teaching & Learning staff, call reception on 03 5783 5000 and request to be redirected. Please remember that teaching staff are engaged with students during the day, so time urgent messages should be flagged with Reception. All voice messages will be returned as soon as possible.
