Positions of Leadership 2026 - 2028

Assumption College is seeking educators to make an impactful contribution in a leadership position. The next Position of Leadership Cycle commences in 2026 and we are seeking committed leaders who have a proven capacity to lead teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We welcome applications for the following positions of leadership.

 

Positions of Leadership – Directors

As senior members of the School Improvement Team, you will inspire excellence in teaching and learning whilst demonstrating strategic thinking and collaborative leadership across the College. Positions available are:

·        Director of Faith & Mission

·        Director of Data Analytics

·        Director of Professional Practice

·        Director of Operations

·        Director of Pathways

·        Director of Students (Years 7 – 9)

·        Director of Students (Years 10 - 12)

.        Director of Learning Culture

 

Positions of Leadership– Faith & Mission

As part of the Faith and Mission team you will foster spiritual and Catholic formation of the college in leading with significance within the Catholic School Community. Positions available are:

·        Social Justice Leader

·        Game Changers Leader

·        Fire Carrier Leader

·        Sustainability Leader

 

Positions of Leadership– Learning & Teaching

As key members of the Learning and Teaching team, you will foster a culture of academic excellence and responsive, student-centred learning. Positions available are:

·        Head of VCE

·        Head of Applied Learning

·        Head of Personalised Learning

.        Head of Library Information Services

 

Learning Leader positions available are:

·        Religious Education

·        English

·        Health and Physical Education

·        Humanities

·        Languages

·        Mathematics

·        Performing Arts

·        Science

·        Visual Arts and Technology

·        Instructional Coaches

 

Positions of LeadershipWellbeing

As part of the Wellbeing team, you will foster shaping a positive and nurturing environment that aligns with the College’s mission, vision and values. Positions available are:

·        House Leaders (x10)

·        Transition Coordinator
